I am looking for info on business startup, grants or low interest loans. It is in the agriculture field. The business is a an an exotic and rare plant nursery(greenhouse).

I am looking for a business start-up grant, or a low interest loan. I have had no luck with my bank for a loan. Also any other information on business start-up is helpful.. I have been searching the web for about 6 months . I have found information on the state & federal websites for start-ups but nothing on $$$$.
